Before proceeding to make application make sure you can answer yes to all the following questions:

1. Are you and all of your household members Non – Smokers?
   Rosencrans is a smoke free property inside and outside. No tenants, or their guests are permitted to smoke anything or Vape anywhere on the premises including outside
2. Is your average monthly income at least three times the monthly rental amount of the Unit you are interested in renting?
3. No dogs are allowed in any of the units. Tenants can have up to 2 cats with an additional $500 deposit and an additional $15 / month per cat. Do you understand this policy?
4. Do you have a credit score of 650 or more?
5. Do you have 2 years verifiable previous rental or mortgage history?
   Unfavorable rental history is grounds for rejection of application. We will ask for past and present landlord info or mortgage history. Family and friends are not considered verifiable landlords.
6. Anyone 18 years or older living in the residence must provide information for a criminal background check. Each person will have to fill out their own screening application. There is a $45 fee for each applicant. Do you understand this policy?
